Accurascale has shown more production samples of its forthcoming ‘OO’ gauge Class 30/31, finished in British Railways green.
These versions are expected to arrive in mid-November and three have been showcased. Class 30 D5615 is presented with small yellow warning panels, while Class 31 5674 is also in green but with full yellow ends and D5804 also features full yellow ends together with BR double arrow on the bodyside. A second BR green Class 30 is also set to be produced as D5549 in BR plain green..
Specification for Accurascale's all-new 'OO' gauge models includes a die-cast chassis, 21-pin Digital Command Control (DCC) socket, tstay-alive capacitor, fully controllable interior and exterior lighting, hall sensor for automatic flange sequel on sound fitted models, independently powered roof fan and more.
Prices are set at £169.99 for DCC Ready examples and £269.99 for DCC sound fitted models. Further announcements on Accurascale Exclusive and BR sector era models are expected soon.
