A new product range has been launched by Hatton's - Precision Baseboards. The new collection of modular baseboards has been designed to suit any type of layout configuration from starter to advanced with a choice of sizes for baseboard tops, legs, shelves, backscenes and connectors.

The new boards will be available with a choice of MDF or plywood tops. The lightweight boards feature pre-cut fixing points, removable blanks for cable routing, no tool installation for the boards - just add PVA glue, allen key baseboard connecting bolts, flat-packed for delivery and a choice of individual boards and packs.

Prices start from £65 for a 4ft x 2ft MDF baseboard top kit (Cat No. HAT-BB-4x2) and rise to £379 for a full kit to assemble an 8ft x 4ft layout board from four 4ft x 2ft sections (HAT-BB-8x4). A pack will also be available to assemble a 6ft x 4ft baseboard priced at £299 (HAT-BB-6x4) while further components are available for shelves and a controller shelf in the first round of products for October. Further releases will cover a 4ft x 1ft and 1ft x 1ft board (due for release in the first quarter of 2021) while December will see the addition of 2ft x 2ft, 2ft x 1ft and corner boards.
